Sr. Business Development Lead, Amazon Shipping

Business Development ProfessionalAmazon is launching a new, fast-growing business aimed at transforming the shipping and logistics industry. For the first time we are making our shipping and logistics network available to brands and we are looking for experienced Business Development professionals to scale our business, ensuring our first customers succeed while building the use cases of the future. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape a high-impact initiative from day one. As a core member of our team, you will create and drive the Business Development strategy, influencing how we grow, scale, and serve customers. You will work together with Product Management and Tech to challenge industry norms, design customer-obsessed solutions, and redefine how logistics is sold and delivered. We are looking for someone excited about building a business from the beginning of its life cycle, with experience going to market with all types of customers. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
