Job Overview:

We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Social Commerce Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of influencer data analysis across platforms like TikTok, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Pinterest, and Snapchat, with a strong focus on integrating these insights into product development. This role will be instrumental in driving the success of our social commerce initiatives by leveraging influencer marketing trends, user behavior, and platform algorithms to optimize product features and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Data Analysis:
  • Analyze and interpret data from social media platforms like TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and Snap to understand trends, user engagement, and influencer impact.
  • Identify key influencers, content trends, and audience demographics to inform product decisions and marketing strategies.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor social commerce KPIs and assess the effectiveness of influencer campaigns.
  • Product Strategy & Development:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to integrate influencer data into product development.
  • Define product roadmaps and feature sets that align with social commerce goals, driven by insights from influencer data.
  • Develop and prioritize product features that enhance user engagement and conversion through social commerce channels.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social commerce, influencer marketing, and platform algorithms.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark product features and performance against industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and differentiate our social commerce products based on market and influencer insights.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment between product features and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Lead the product launch process, ensuring that all aspects of the product are optimized for social commerce success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on social commerce or influencer marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and consumer behavior.
  • Proven ability to translate data-driven insights into product strategy and features.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with social media APIs and data extraction tools.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and online retail strategies.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
