Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the Dueall Construction team, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires a highly organized individual who can handle multiple tasks with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and possess strong communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
  • Assist with data entry, updating company databases, and managing spreadsheets.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Collaborate with various departments to assist with project management tasks as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus.
