Key Responsibilities:
Program Development and Implementation:
- Design, develop, and manage DEI programs and initiatives.
- Implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all job sites and the organization.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with leadership, and employee resource groups to support DEI objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams in developing DEI plans and initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and events to educate employees on DEI topics.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data to measure the success of DEI initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on DEI metrics, progress, and outcomes to leadership.
- Use data insights to drive continuous improvement in DEI strategies.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Stay informed about DEI best practices, trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure company policies and practices are inclusive and compliant with relevant laws.
- Advise on DEI-related compliance issues and provide recommendations for action.
Communication and Advocacy:
- Serve as a DEI advocate and resource for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate to develop and distribute communication materials to promote DEI programs and successes.
- Collaborate to foster a culture of inclusion through effective communication and storytelling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful DEI programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivator, ability to work independently and within groups.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Passionate about DEI with a deep understanding of related concepts and issues.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
