In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement for our e-commerce platform as well as our local store and service center. Fueled UTV is an online retailer of UTV parts and accessories. We also have a brick-and-mortar store as well as an installation and service center on-site in Yakima, WA. We pride ourselves on being the UTV industry's superstore. Large enough to supply customers nationwide with anything they need, but small enough to keep our core values in ensuring the customer has the best possible experience in shopping with us. We are in search for a Social Media Specialist that aligns with those goals that will assist in our journey to new heights


Social Media Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
  • Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing, filming, and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
  • Managing a high volume of daily social media posts across various platforms.
  • Develop and follow a content calendar.
  • Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other channel insights and analytics reporting to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
  • Coordinate influencer marketing efforts by maintaining existing relationships and developing new ones.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports on social media marketing efforts, monitor ROI and KPIs
  • Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
  • Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
  • Generated content will be a mix of photography, short form and long form videography, posts, reels/shorts, etc.
  • Performing other duties when needed.


Social Media Specialist Requirements:

  • 3+ years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a business setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
  • Ability to travel, work under tight deadlines, and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Proficient with various cameras, lenses, lights, sound equipment, drones, etc.
  • Strong understanding of public relations and brand management.
  • Experience in video editing, graphic design, Photoshop, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or other media editing software.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms to include but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter “X”.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and fun environment.
  • Huge plus if you have experience in the powersports or automotive industry.
