Nesco Resource is looking for a Manufacturing Technician located in Danbury, CT. This is a direct hire opportunity for the right candidate.

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM (Overtime Availability)

Pay: Depending on experience

About the Company:
You will be with a leading manufacturing and engineering company specializing in high-precision elastomeric and fabricated rubber and silicone products. All products are proudly made in the USA at the ISO9001:2015 certified facility in Danbury, CT. This company offers a comprehensive range of extruded and molded gaskets, seals, and tubing, both standard and customized. In addition, expert design, development, and manufacturing services for specialty and custom rubber products.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with small batch material mixing.
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
  • Support tooling operations and setup.
  • Collaborate with the department engineer on daily tasks.
  • Perform light maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
  • Record production data and help maintain accurate documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2 years of college education or at least 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience
  • Strong math skills
  • Familiarity with tooling, inspection, and molding processes
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong Mechanical aptitude
  • Dependable and dedicated to quality
  • Willingness to train and learn
  • Effective communication abilities
