Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in developing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
  • Conduct variance analysis of actual results to forecast and budget
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • ERP system and consolidation software experience
