What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assist in developing the annual budget and periodic forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Prepare financial models and scenarios to assess potential outcomes.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure business performance.


What We Need From You:

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience with consolidations across 3-5 sites, managing full P&L and cash flow for at least $100-150 million.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Manufacturing or Automotive Experience
