Experienced Opportunity : Be a part of a dynamic team and make a significant impact. Job Responsibilities: Provide ABA Therapy to children with autism in our Snohomish Treatment Center. Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans. Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs). Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions. Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development. Our Ideal Candidate: Holds a current license from WA State as an LaBA. Strong work ethic with patience and resilience. Passionate about helping children. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Reliable transportation. Qualifications: A current license as an LaBA in WA. Must pass a criminal background check. Experience in the fields of Applied Behavior Analysis, ABA Therapy, Autism, Education, Precision Teaching, Clinical Direction, Management of others.
