About the Role

The ideal candidate will hold an active certification as a BCBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and have experience working in schools or with children. This role involves assisting teachers/staff with completing assessments, developing individual programs, and conducting classroom site reviews. The successful candidate will also provide consultation and training to teachers and special education assistants on intensive teacher and mand program procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers/staff with initial or updated VB-MAPP assessment for all students
  • Develop individual programs based on VB-MAPP assessment
  • Identify preference assessment method and provide training and guidance to teachers and ABA coaches
  • Conduct classroom site review according to scheduled timeframe
  • Provide consultation and training to teachers and special education assistants
  • Collaborate weekly with assigned ABA coaches and therapists
  • Supervise BACB supervisees and RBTs as assigned
  • Develop programming to support natural environment training, social/play skills and inclusive practices
