The job of the Operations Manager in an Advertising Agency is to make sure everyone is hitting their deadlines. You help create new processes and procedures to smooth out workflow, and are able to operate under pressure and tight deadlines. The Operations Manager will coordinate workflow to and from internal staff, and has amazing organizational skills as well as strong attention to detail in order to track the status of multiple projects at once.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain job tracking processes, procedures, and schedules via AirTable
  • Be proactive in meeting all deadlines, ensuring projects are created, proofed, and approved on time
  • Coordinate with multiple departments and effectively communicate schedule expectations
  • Delegate tasks as necessary to ensure team members are always working on the timeliest projects
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met on time or before due date
  • Work efficiently through a high volume of work while meeting tight deadlines, all with a professional and positive demeanor


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in traffic/production/operations management required
  • Solid understanding of the creative development process
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven strength in problem-solving
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Leadership skills must include being able to motivate team members in a positive way
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and hyper organized as this position will have a lot of simultaneous moving pieces
