Job Title: Call Center Representative
Location: 100% Onsite in Saint Paul
Hours: M-F 9:30am-6pm
Pay: $18-$22/hour
Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-up calls with recent customers who have recently received service, ensuring satisfaction and identifying any need for further assistance from a manager.
- Use a provided script to gauge customer satisfaction and determine if additional support is required.
- Answer incoming calls, provide information, schedule appointments, and collect customer information.
- Offer accurate estimates for service costs and timelines for necessary repairs.
- Properly document all customer interactions and service details.
- Address customer concerns or complaints with professionalism, striving to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer service environment.
