Our client is looking for the right candidate to fill the Customer Service Coordinator/Trainer
The client is looking for individuals who share common interests in community selfworth integrity and professionalism. The company has been on the road to expansion opening three offices in Mississippi in the last five years. They are growing and will open five more sites within the next five years.

Customer Service Coordinator/Trainer Duties
- Use both a laptop and mobile app to maintain records and customer information
- Connect with customers by making and receiving inbound and outbound calls
- Connect with existing customers for service and review of current benefits
- Build relationships with clients through rapport and trust building
- Make a difference in the community lets leave it better than where we found it
Customer Service Coordinator/Trainer Requirements
