Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding plumbing services and products.
  • Process service requests, appointments, and order entries swiftly and accurately.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating when necessary to ensure a positive outcome.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Provide detailed information about our service offerings, pricing, and availability to customers.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including promotions and customer follow-ups, to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with plumbing staff to schedule and coordinate service appointments effectively.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a plumbing or service-related industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on active listening.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
  • A positive attitude, a team-oriented mentality, and a genuine desire to help customers.
