Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Operator to join our team at CarMax. As a Customer Operator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service by supporting the Service Department in various ways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming service calls in a prompt and friendly manner, displaying empathy and a positive tone throughout the customer interaction.
- Assist Customer Advisors/Service Consultants with customers when needed, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
- Provide written messages to the responsible party in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records and ensuring prompt follow-up.
- Complete reminder calls for customers scheduled for an appointment, ensuring timely reminders and reducing no-shows.
- Audit all sublet invoices to ensure they are processed and resolved per CarMax guidelines, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Accountable to Associate 1 Competency Model, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrate exceptional telephone etiquette and active listening skills, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Execute Retail Service Standardized Work, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Maintain or exceed CarMax guidelines for customer satisfaction, consistently delivering high-quality results.
