Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator/Project Manager at McGuire Builders, Inc. The Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for cost management, construction estimating, budgeting, project management and effective communication. The role involves overseeing day-to-day tasks related to estimating costs, pre-construction, managing projects, and ensuring budget and schedule adherence. The Estimator/Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.


Qualifications

  • Cost Management, Construction Estimating, and Project Estimation skills
  • Pre-Construction Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in budgeting and cost controls
  • Full knowledge and experience of the hospitality construction industry practices and regulations
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Professional certifications (e.g., LEED, PMP) are a plus
