Salary: circa $100k-$120k

Location: British Virgin Islands


Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in traditional grocery retail operations.
  • Must be willing to relocate to the British Virgin Islands.
  • Secondary Education with management accreditation.
  • Proficiency in verbal communication, numeracy, and computer skills, particularly in database management and report generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, plan strategically, and collaborate effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Fundamental understanding of retail product warehousing and merchandising.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong cognitive abilities, including proficient problem analysis, decision-making, and financial and quantitative analysis.
