What You’ll Do

As Sales Director, you’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue and building lasting partnerships. Your responsibilities include:

  • Identify & Secure Opportunities: Engage with agencies and direct clients to prioritize and secure business opportunities.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales and forge partnerships with indie agencies.
  • Relationship Building: Work with advertisers at all levels, from daily account leads to senior executives.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for sustained growth.
  • Persuasive Presentations: Craft compelling sales materials using market trends and case studies.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use Salesforce to track and measure sales activities, guiding critical growth decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to optimize processes and improve solutions.
  • Innovate: Contribute creative, data-driven ideas to boost advertising success.
What You’ll Need
  • Experience: 7+ years in brand advertising, media sales, or programmatic sales business development.
