If you are a doer who enjoys working across industries and continents, autonomous in your working style, and eager to problem solve, we would love to hear from you.Position OverviewWe are seeking an Account Executive in the EU to accelerate the revenue growth and business development. This individual should have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, driving new business opportunities and expanding a client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Life Sciences or Consumer Products industries, including an understanding of the Regulatory landscape. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing and customer success.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to and execute business development strategyAssist in the development and execution of the BD strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets across key marketsClient AcquisitionIdentify, engage and secure new clients through consultative selling focusing on mid-size and enterprise organizationsPrepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and product demos tailored to client requirement and pain pointsMarket Research & Lead GenerationConduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends and potential clients within target industriesPartner closely with the marketing team to manage and nurture leads generated through themSales Pipeline ManagementBuild and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools ensuring timely follow up, nurturing and conversion of leadsContract NegotiationsLead contract negotiations with potential clients, ensuring terms are favorable for all stakeholders resulting in closing dealsCollaboration with Internal TeamsWork closely with marketing, product, customer success and regulatory content team to ensure alignment between client needs and RegASK's solutionsWork with presales team to develop proposals to be sent to clientsReporting & AnalyticsTrack and report on sales metrics, pipeline status and business development activities providing regular updates to senior management, using CRM toolsQualification & ExperienceBachelor or equivalent degree requiredAt least 5 years of business development or sales experience in the Consumer Health or Life Sciences industries with specific experience in selling SaaSExperience selling to senior decision makers in enterprisesDemonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targetsData driven approach to decision making and strategy developmentExperience with building relationships with stakeholders at different levelsAbility to engage with and persuade decision makers including C-suite executivesStrong negotiation and deal closing abilitiesAnalytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutionsProficient in Salesforce etcAbility to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic start up environmentAbility to work cross functionally with marketing, product and customer success team on a multi-cultural global basisWhat We OfferFlexible working arrangements (remote)Opportunity to work in a high impact role at the intersection of AI, SaaS and Compliance / Regulatory intelligenceContinuous learning and professional developmentHow to ApplyIf you are excited about this opportunity and believe you have the skills and qualifications to excel as our Account Executive, please submit your resume for our consideration.
