The Manager of Safety Data & System position is responsible for providing strong analytical and system support for Quantix and will identify opportunities to affect business results, changes to processes and support strategic initiatives. Provides ongoing analysis of data from various systems such as insurance reports, Intelex, Lytx, and Geo Tab. Identifies trends and presents findings to management.


Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Manages the Safety Data and Systems such as insurance information, Samba, Vigilo, Quorta, Intelex, Lytx, and Geo Tab/Trans Flo.
  • Monitor CSA scores for analysis.
  • Manages the driver scoring.
  • Function as primary analytics and reporting manager by developing standard reports; designing, running and maintaining ad-hoc queries; maintaining data integrity through consistent monitoring, testing and auditing of data from through systems such as Power Bi, Excel, SQL.
  • Provides analytic observations and business recommendations, and reports on metrics to assist management.
  • Supports the production of weekly, monthly, year-to-date and year-end reporting, including variance and trend analysis of results to safety KPIs, prior year and forecast.
  • Ensures the integrity of data and reporting.
  • Supports safety performance forecasts and trends.
  • Partner with finance, recruiting, operations, maintenance and IT teams to develop data analysis.

  • 2 years data analysis and reporting experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think logically and creatively to ensure that the information provided is insightful to the recipient.
  • Highly organized, deadline oriented, possess high attention to detail.
  • Proficient with data visualization tools such as Power Bi, Power Query, SQL, Excel, Forms, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with development of Power Automate, APIs, Tableau and Python.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with all levels of management.
  • Flexible and adaptable in responding to changing priorities and requests.
  • Experience with safety, Lytx and GeoTab highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business analytics, statistics, or relevant experience.
