Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a passion for AI technology to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, prospecting potential clients, and initiating the sales process. The SDR will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities and connecting with key decision-makers.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads and opportunities through email, phone calls, and social media channels.
  • Qualify inbound leads and follow up promptly to assess their needs and determine their fit for our products and services.
  • Research and identify potential clients, key stakeholders, and decision-makers within target industries.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects to articulate the value proposition of our AI solutions and overcome objections.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in various industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience in the AI or SaaS industry is a plus.
