**Role Overview**:
As a Sales Development Representative at Pipeline Gurus, you will be a pivotal part of our sales team, responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving our growth strategy. Your role will focus on identifying potential clients, engaging them through targeted outreach, and nurturing leads to create sales-ready opportunities. You will utilize your extensive experience in outbound sales techniques to connect with potential customers, understanding their needs, and clearly communicating how our services and technologies can add value to their business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively align our offerings with the business needs of prospective clients.
- Perform detailed account mapping to identify key stakeholders and understand the decision-making structures within target organizations.
- Utilize sales intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to gather insights and identify potential leads.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and optimize the lead generation process.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with decision-makers, champions, or influencers through strategic communication and account mapping.
- Experience selling services or technology solutions, with a knack for aligning the value proposition of products/services to the needs and objectives of prospects.
- Proficiency in using key sales tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot to drive lead generation and sales processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-pressure sales environment.
