As part of the marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator is mainly responsible for the preparation and execution of RFQ/RFP submissions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.  

 

Responsibilities

  • RFQ/RFP development and preparation.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for interviews.
  •  Design graphics for proposals and presentations.
  • Create, prepare, and update marketing materials: brochures, project pages, website, etc.
  • Maintain project and employee information through Cosential database.
  • Assist with Social Media campaigns.
  • Implements brand standards.
  • Engage with office personnel to increase knowledge of the company and build relationships.


Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field required.
  • Two+ years of prior marketing experience, preferably in the AEC industry.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (including InDesign, and Photoshop) and Microsoft 365 (including PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Skilled in writing and editing, with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and team skills.
  • Ability to work under and meet tight deadlines 100% of the time.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrates Vannoy’s 4H’s.
