Our client, the CEO of a film finance company, is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to support daily operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who excels in multitasking and prioritization, as well as demonstrates excellent management skills, exhibits a natural problem-solving ability, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


**Candidates must be willing to travel and accompany the CEO on business trips and attend events as necessary (domestic & international).**


Responsibilities:

- Extensive calendar management

- Oversight of email correspondence

- Handle all travel arrangements as well as accompany CEO for travel

- Coordinate and attend meetings/calls with the CEO as well as provide detailed notes

- Miscellaneous tasks such as research projects, event coordination, etc.

- Administrative tasks including invoice processing, document management, and office support

- Personal errands such as dry cleaning, appointment scheduling, and household staff management

- Work in conjunction with another E/PA.


Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience

- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

- A proactive individual with strong networking skills and a business-oriented mindset

- Exceptional attention to detail

- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative

- Highly motivated, responsive, and available to handle calls outside regular business hours

- Must be located in NYC or within a close proximity.


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm (flexibility required)


Compensation: up to $80,000 + plus discretionary bonus, health insurance after 90 days.
