We're seeking a talented Professional Services Data and Analytics Account Executive ("Client Partner") to join our growing team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise with data and analytics project sales to acquire and expand accounts by presenting our ability to successfully deliver innovative solutions to Fortune 1000 organizations. You'll partner closely with our clients throughout the project lifecycle, understanding their unique needs and crafting customized solutions that drive measurable business value and results.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Acquire New Clients that will Drive Our Growth

  • Forge Strategic Relationships: Build high-level connections with Directors, Vice Presidents, and CXOs at Fortune 1000 companies, as a trusted advisor who understands their unique business challenges.
  • Champion Data-Driven Innovation: Position CTI as the go-to partner for unlocking transformative growth through data and analytics solutions. Spark thought leadership discussions that showcase our expertise and ability to deliver tangible business value.
  • Be the Problem Solver: Become the champion for your clients, offering data-driven solutions that address their most pressing business needs. Demonstrate a solution-oriented approach.
  • Streamline Deal Flow: Manage all aspects of the sales cycle with a focus on efficiency. This includes strategically navigating vendor relationships and ensuring smooth negotiation and execution of MSAs, SOWs, invoices, and payments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with CTI leadership, practice leads, partner sales organizations, and client decision-makers to bring the right solutions to the table.
  • Partner Sales Lead-Sharing and Management: Develop strong relationships with our partner sales organization. Regularly communicate insights, and potential co-selling opportunities.


Fuel Account Expansion: Become a Client Growth Champion

  • Deep Dives for Expansion: Develop an intimate understanding of your clients' business objectives, challenges, organizational structure, and key stakeholders. Leverage this knowledge to craft account expansion strategies and execution plans.
  • Navigate Risks for Seamless Expansion: Proactively assess potential competitive and business risks throughout the sales cycle to mitigate risks and ensure a smooth path to account expansion.
  • Empower Our Consulting Team to Drive Expansion: Foster a collaborative environment where all CTI team members contribute to business expansion activities. Empower your team members to achieve outstanding results that fuel significant client growth.


QUALIFICATIONS

Proven Track Record in Enterprise Account Acquisition and Expansion:

  • Demonstrated expertise in selling and expanding project-based professional services within the data and analytics space, driving significant business value for enterprise clients.
  • A history of consistent revenue generation through acquiring and nurturing new enterprise accounts.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic, long-term relationships with Director, VP, and C-level executives, acting as a trusted advisor.


Strategic Sales Acumen and Execution

  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of how data and analytics solutions translate to measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, able to articulate complex solutions and their ROI compellingly.
  • Proven ability to identify and qualify new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Proven ability to develop winning sales strategies and "win themes" for complex sales pursuits.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.


Data & Technology Expertise

  • Solid understanding of Advanced Analytics concepts, Legacy, and Cloud Data Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and Modern Data Management best practices.
  • Experience selling value-based professional services with technology partners like Informatica, Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran, AWS and Microsoft Azure Analytics.
  • Experience selling data and analytics solutions within specific industry domains (e.g., Finance, Life Sciences, Insurance, Retail etc).
  • Demonstrated experience aligning internal teams (technical, delivery, leadership) and technology partners to achieve successful project execution and client satisfaction.
