Marketing Inventory Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking a 4-to-6-week contract Marketing Inventory Coordinator to manage, organize, and create inventory processes for a variety material and products. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with buying and warehouse teams, and providing detailed reports on inventory activities. You’ll interact with internal team departments and sales team members to prepare for future trade shows/events. Responsibilities: • Maintain and update inventory records: Keep track of inventory levels and ensure accuracy. • Implement inventory control procedures: Develop and follow best practices. • Coordinate with marketing and sales departments: Review and adjust inventory levels. • Provide detailed inventory reports: Keep management informed about inventory activities and variances


Hourly Compensation: $22/hr to $26/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
