Synechron Inc is seeking a Sr PEGA Developer with LSA Certified - financial services to join our Plano, TX (onsite 3 days a week is a must in Hybris) long-term contract.

Position Summary - Pega - LSA Certified/Pega UI Design


Responsible for design and development of overall application including re-usable classes and frameworks, component design, UI design providing scalable and resilient solution that meets functional and non-functional requirements.

Review Pega configuration and Oracle database query optimization for performance testing execution, Stream and Search configuration, troubleshooting and fixing issues identified in load volume testPart of Agile scrum and conduct Pega code reviews, adhere to guardrail compliance and UI design system best practices including Pega Cosmos implementation


Required (hard) skills/experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Agile scrum, Pega code reviews, guardrail compliance and UI design system best practices including Pega Cosmos
  • PEGA CLSA/CSSA, Oracle SQL, JavaScript, Java, HTML, CSS3, SOAP, REST/JSON, XML, UI/COSMOS
  • Agile Scrum, Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Splunk, Kafka, Hadoop, Reports, Selenium, Microservices and APIs, Deployment automation, unit test automation, CI/CD tools
  • Pega CLSA
