Role:
As a Pega BPM Application Developer at Tata Consultancy Services, you will be responsible for designing and developing Enterprise-grade Pega BPM applications. With over 7 years of experience in software development lifecycle, you will lead the development of new technical features, conduct code reviews, and ensure coding standards and practices. You will also implement and follow agile/scrum processes, responsible for performance and code quality, and implement/improve automation in code, test, and deployment. Additionally, you will support QA processes and deployments, and adhere to and deliver duties assigned by your supervisor. You should be able to lead and mentor junior team members.

Certifications:
CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) and CSA Certification.

Requirements:
7+ years of software development lifecycle experience, 5+ years of experience designing and developing Pega PRPC applications, expertise in design, development, and implementation of process-based solutions and business rules, experience with object-oriented analysis and design patterns and techniques, experience with SOAP/REST services/connectors.

Salary Range:
$100,000-$140,000 a year
