Pega Lead Role Overview

NTT DATA is seeking a Pega Lead to join our team in Plano, Texas. As a Pega Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new application enhancements to existing applications and products. You will also develop advanced knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance concepts to improve application systems. Additionally, you will apply technical knowledge of Pega capabilities to create technical designs based on business requirements and technical specifications. You will partner with architects and technical leaders to create technical designs and specifications for software applications.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $80-95/hour, depending on the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
