What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge export control policies and procedures that set the industry standard.
  • Ensure our operations are in full compliance with U.S. and international export laws, including EAR and ITAR.
  • Be the go-to authority for export control queries, providing swift and clear advice to keep our team informed and confident.
  • Monitor and review export transactions to ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
  • Manage export licenses and ensure timely submission of license applications and other required documentation.
  • Review proposals and contracts to identify export control requirements and assess ability to comply.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all export control activities and transactions.
  • Spot potential risks before they become issues and develop robust strategies to address them.
  • Guide business stakeholders in maintaining export control records and inform leadership of relevant export control activities or changes.
  • Keep our company at the forefront of export control compliance with forward-thinking strategies and solutions.


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related technical field.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. and international export control laws (EAR, ITAR) and a track record of ensuring compliance.
  • Proven experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles, with a preference for those in export control.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Superior communication abilities, both written and verbal.
