Job Title: Senior MARCOM Specialist


Location: Secaucus (5x/week onsite)


Summary: We are seeking a Senior MARCOM Specialist on behalf of a client of Robert Half. The successful candidate will lead aggressive growth across the commercial audio and security markets. This includes leading market and brand development, driving existing business through effective strategy and execution, and working with cross-functional teams and outside agencies to achieve the annual goal.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to drive company growth.
  • Manage social/digital media, advertising, trade shows, product seminars, and brand activation.
  • Work with Sales and Engineering teams to drive product recognition and develop marketing and promotional programs.
  • Research market trends and employ marketing schemes to grow market share.
  • Ensure the achievement of the company’s sales and profit goals across the USA and Latin America.
  • Control, monitor, and analyze the marketing budget and marketing demo inventory.
  • Support the Product Support team as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Oversee schedules and performance of team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide support or coaching as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field and/or five years or more of related experience of marketing, writing and editing of audio and security products. A portfolio of relevant previous job is highly preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Knowledge of Word Processing software: MS Word (on both Windows and Mac), Spreadsheet software: MS Excel (on both Windows and Mac), Marketing software: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office Suites on both Windows and Mac Platforms.
