**About Us**:
4DS Media is a new dynamic and innovative production studio that specializes in commercial photo/video, digital content, social media, and marketing campaigns. With our white cyc, green screen, multiple in-house sets, and the latest in lighting and camera equipment, we are looking to add a new social media specialist to excel with our budding team.

**Role Overview**:
This role focuses on developing and executing engaging short-form video strategies specifically for TikTok, Youtube, and Instagram for our new startup and clients. If you have a knack for catchy hooks, understand what makes a video go viral, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a creative content calendar for TikTok, aligned with our marketing goals.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging videos, including planning, shooting, and post-production.
- Monitor trends on TikTok and social media to create viral content that aligns with our brand.
- Analyze performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of content and strategies, and make data-driven decisions for future content.
- Engage with followers and manage community interaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate TikTok campaigns into broader marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Experience creating and editing video content, preferably with a portfolio of work to demonstrate skills and creativity.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and other social media platforms, including best practices and current trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Pay: $17.50 to start, $20 at end of 6 months trial period
- Flexible schedule

**Note**: This position is on-site. We embrace a collaborative working environment and value in-person interactions.

**Expected hours**:24 - 40 per week

**Location**: 80 Enterprise Ave S, Secaucus NJ 07094

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
