About Us: Unique Designs, Inc. is a dynamic diamond jewelry wholesale manufacturer with a rapidly growing e-commerce business specializing in jewelry products. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Amazon Marketplace Sales Specialist to join our team and help drive sales and growth on the Amazon platform.

Job Summary: As an Amazon Marketplace Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our product listings on Amazon, with a focus on jewelry items. You will work closely with our marketing and inventory teams to maximize sales, improve product visibility, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage product listings on Amazon, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings for search engine visibility.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries on Amazon.
  • Implement pricing strategies to remain competitive while maximizing profitability.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and accurate stock levels.
  • Stay updated on Amazon policies and best practices to ensure compliance and success.
  • Identify and implement advertising and promotional opportunities on the Amazon platform.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and sales through Amazon-specific marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in e-commerce sales, with a focus on Amazon marketplace.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on product presentation and quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with jewelry or related products is a plus but not required.
