We want you on our teamAs Business Development Associate, you are a key team member promoting our business and brand. You are responsible for proactively generating sales and cultivating customer relationships. You show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented. You are self-confident, ambitious, have a positive attitude and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.Specific Responsibilities:Increase sales through building relationships with current and potential clientsPromote brand awareness by attending local networking eventsSchedule, coordinate and administer continuing education classes for insurance agents and adjustersMake sales calls to potential customers and referral sourcesMaintain records of all marketing activitiesAssist the Owner/General Manager with the marketing budgetPerform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positionsJob Requirements:College degree preferred with five or more years related experienceValid Driver's LicenseMust occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsComputer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applicationsExcellent communication skillsWe are actively interviewing for this position - Apply today and our hiring manager will follow upCompensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hourAt Rainbow International Restoration we're helping families out when disaster strikes, turning their damaged houses back into homes.
