System Business Process Analyst

As a SailPoint Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's identity and access management (IAM) initiatives. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into agile stories, and collaborating with development teams to implement SailPoint enhancements and automations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SailPoint Upgrade Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and testing of the SailPoint upgrade project.
  • Automation Development: Identify opportunities for process automation within the SailPoint system to reduce manual workload and improve efficiency.
  • Requirement Gathering: Gather and document business requirements for IAM initiatives, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Agile Story Writing: Translate business requirements into well-defined agile stories that can be effectively understood and executed by development teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure that IAM solutions meet the specified requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze existing IAM processes and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with SailPoint IAM solutions, including a deep understanding of its functionality and capabilities.
  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with process automation tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for IAM and identity governance.
  • Certification in SailPoint or other IAM solutions.
