SUMMARY

The Implementation & Solutions Specialist is responsible for assisting and supporting multiple projects and processes as it relates to the services and solutions Acro provides its clients. This support includes being part of a team that leads, manages and solutions any new and existing client implementations related to Acro’s workforce solutions including Managed Service Provider (MSP), Vendor Management System (VMS), Independent Contractor (IC) / Gig Worker, and other Staffing and resource fulfillment program implementations. Additional responsibilities include customizing and maintaining implementation workflows and documents, configuring different VMS, and working directly with Acro’s operational teams to ensure solutions in place today with existing customers are running smoothly.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support project management teams as it relates to the solutioning and implementation of services Acro provides its clients; and work across the organization to ensure workstream leads are engaged appropriately and held accountable for their deliverables.
  • Customize implementation templates and maintain implementation documents (recording internal and external items of importance) throughout the project including but not limited to the Project Plan, RAID log, Needs Analysis, Communications Roadmap, and Future State Workflow.
  • Create and circulate meeting agendas, attend and at times manage workstream meetings with client stakeholders involved in solutioning and implementing talent acquisition solutions. Stakeholders could include Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Operations, Functional Managers, Finance & Accounting, IT resources, and more. Document notes, decisions, and action items from each meeting.
  • Create and circulate meeting agendas, attend and at times manage workstream meetings with Acro stakeholders involved in solutioning and implementing talent acquisition solutions. Stakeholders could include Training, Operations, Back Office, IT resources, VMS partners, Sales and Supplier Management. Document notes, decisions, and action items from each meeting.
  • Own follow up with assigned action owners to ensure project timeline remains on track.
  • Save and manage all implementation and workstream documents in Acro SharePoint.
  • Participate in crafting Future State Solution mapping.
  • Build partner relationships with team members and clients to support the implementation process and manage expectations toward a successful launch.
  • Work with peers and colleagues across all Acro’s divisions to ensure proper communication during program implementations and client expansions.
  • Assist as needed in client User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production VMS instance configuration.
  • Submit and track VMS support tickets as needed during implementations and throughout HypeCare post solution ‘Go-Live’.
  • Participate in lessons learned workstream meetings post each project and own documentation of takeaways.
  • Escalate deficiencies as needed to retain project deadline.
  • Make ongoing recommendations as to needed revisions or enhancements to any implementation document or process.
  • Occasionally support sales effort as a SME via in-person or phone meetings with prospective clients, proposals in response to RFI’s or RFP’s and other marketing channels the company may deploy, e.g., webinars, VMS demonstrations, etc.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management and or Business Administration or related course of study.

Experience

  • 8-10 years’ experience working within the staffing industry.
  • 5 years’ experience working within the VMS and MSP space.
  • Strongly prefer 3-5 years’ experience implementing talent acquisition solutions (MSP programs, VMS, Master Vendor, and other talent fulfillment programs).

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple work types both internally and client facing.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects, tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality and escalating accordingly.
