Position Overview: As an SAP Techno-Functional Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP solutions that meet our business requirements. You will work closely with various stakeholders to analyze business processes, configure the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module, and provide technical expertise to ensure seamless integration and functionality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP SD module.
  • Configure and customize SAP SD module to meet business requirements.
  • Develop functional specifications for technical development and coordinate with developers to implement solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for SAP SD module, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Conduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of solutions.
  • Collaborate with business users, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to ensure optimal system performance and functionality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP, with a strong focus on the SD (Sales and Distribution) module.
  • Proven experience in configuring and customizing the SAP SD module to meet business needs.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Technical proficiency in SAP, including ABAP programming and debugging skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • SAP certification in SD module.
  • Knowledge of other SAP modules and integration points.
