We are in search of a skilled Business Systems Analyst who can enhance workflows during the implementation and support phases of the SAP OTC system, particularly in relation to a significant IS Oil project.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities, robust analytical and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team as well as work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect and document business requirements for issue resolution, enhancements, and projects.
2. Design and configure applications to fulfill business needs and implement solutions that assist business units in achieving their strategic goals.
3. Create Functional Specification Documents and monitor business requirements throughout the implementation process.
4. Evaluate business strategies and user requirements, document business processes, and convert business objectives into precise system requirement specifications for addressing issues, new enhancements, and applications.
5. Define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding alongside available IT solutions.
6. Analyze existing applications and business processes to pinpoint areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in OTC.
2. Proven experience in developing and managing functional/technical specifications and test plans.
3. At least 2 years of experience with SAP.
4. Proficient documentation skills using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or similar tools.
5. Ability to identify process challenges and propose enhancements.
6. Familiarity with Microsoft Visio.
7. Experience with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management tools.
8. Knowledge of the Agriculture Business and Industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in go-live and hypercare support is advantageous.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel may be required for collaborative sessions, typically no more than once every other month.
Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate ranges from $55.00 to $65.00. We also have access to various contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions across different rate ranges.
