Role Highlights:

  • Position: IT Support Specialist Tier II
  • Location: Greater Baltimore/Washington DC area (Hybrid: Remote & Onsite in Millersville, MD – 2-5 days/week)
  • Salary: $70K - $80K

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for desktop, application, server, and network issues.
  • Address technology support requests with precision and efficiency.
  • Communicate complex technical details clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network failures.
  • Maintain detailed support records using ConnectWise.
  • Assist with technology projects, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment.


What You’ll Need:

  • In-depth knowledge of computer systems, applications, hardware, networking, and communications.
  • Proven experience in performing routine maintenance and resolving tech issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to offer clear technical guidance.
