Job Summary –

The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely and successful completion of the implementation and transition to the Mphasis Javelina Core Administrative platform or ancillary platforms such as the Mphasis Javelina Experience Platform on behalf of the assigned client. The PM is responsible for planning, managing, tracking, and delivery of the product and processes from start to finish.



Years of experience needed –

· A minimum of ten years’ experience in managing or leading large and complex software implementation projects in healthcare industry.

· A minimum of five years account management experience.

· Must have minimum 10 years of experience managing large scale healthcare projects, preferably in the implementation of core administrative platforms


Technical Skills:

· Deep Knowledge of Healthcare industry – preferable Payer segment

· Hands on experience working with client’s executive level functions

· Ability to organize and track multiple concurrent tasks involving many individuals from different areas of the company

· Must possess a thorough understanding of product development methodologies and processes, strong communication and presentations skills


Certifications Needed:

· Must have a business or technical college degree or equivalent work experience

· PMI certification is desired
