B2B Outside Sales Rep

Location: Nashville, Tennessee


We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our talented sales team as a Precision Instrument Outside Sales Executive for one of the most experienced companies in the construction space.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation and prospecting techniques.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Regularly analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize results.
  • Work closely with the sales team to share insights, strategies, best practices, and occasionally collaborate to close deals.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales. Required.
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to be insurable by the company. Required.
  • Be available to travel as needed.Required.
  • B2B outside sales. Preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
