Wholesale Account Manager

$50k to $150k+ (Base + Commission)


Our company is growing in 2023 we launched a new aftermarket wheel brand, opened a new Distribution Center in Dallas-Ft. Worth, Tx., and introduced 50+ new products into our existing brands. To meet our company revenue goals for 2024 and beyond, we are seeking 1-2 motivated Wholesale Account Managers with experience specific to the Automotive Aftermarket Industry, preferably Wheels and/or Tires.


These individuals will be responsible for growing an account base from new and existing business, and the relationship management of those customers. As the largest Independent Distributor of Replica Wheels in the US, this role will be central in growing our distribution coverage into western markets, as well as expanding the distribution of our 4PLAY® Wheels aftermarket line, which has recognized double-digit growth each year for over 3 years running, and our newest brand DEFIANT® Wheels.

This tech-savvy, high energy professional must possess a proven history in superior relationship management, customer service, lead generation, account acquisition and account management. Additionally, duties include email and phone correspondence, with performance metrics based on sales growth, profitability, call volume, and lead conversion rates. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced, team first environment and display an adaptive account management style. Most of all, we are looking for an organized, unselfish TEAM PLAYER, with a positive attitude, and the motivation and ambition to grow in an industry they are passionate about and enjoy.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide OE Wheel Distributor's superior customer service and account management to customers under your supervision.
  • Exceed lead generation, prospecting cold-calls, follow-up, new account acquisition requirements.
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, annual sales volume and growth goals.
  • Exceed minimum outgoing, incoming and call other volume requirements.
  • Utilizes reports, trainings, samples, software to effectively manage customer relationship and to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Provide customer support for team member accounts when needed.
  • Introduce new line to all major US wheel / tire distributors and retailers, as well as activate their accounts and manage / support their sales.
  • Oversee tracking of old leads, new leads, and research for new customers.
  • Handle inbound calls from customers and prospects, ensuring follow up, sales growth, and positive customer experiences.
  • Accurately input and process sales order and quotes.
  • Respond immediately and professionally to customer inquiries and incoming leads.
  • Resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows when applicable.

 

Requirements:

  • Dedicated, positive, team player.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to quickly become acclimated to ERP / CRM programs. (Oracle NetSuite)
  • Prior sales account management experience, with proven account growth.
  • Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Consultative selling and closing skills
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to work attitude
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.

 

THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION including some weekday evenings until 7pm local. The position will require that you are accessible for staff during and after normal business hours should your account base need assistance, via text message, phone call, email, etc. 

 

PAY STRUCTURE: 

We are offering a highly financially motivating base and performance-based pay structure. This structure allows dedicated, highly motivated, well organized, team players to reach 6 figure salaries by meeting or exceeding sales goals and properly developing leads. This floor for this role is $50k annually but the existing base of open accounts and prospects have the capacity to produce produce over 150k annually. A grace period with guaranteed minimum earnings will be in effect while this new addition establishes themselves and builds a reoccurring book of business.

LOCATION
