We are seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers who are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
Preferred Requirements:
- Ability to travel to Meriden CT, Middletown CT, Cheshire CT, Waterbury CT and surrounding areas
- Open availability, including weekends.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Live-In Caregivers
- Bilingual Caregivers (Spanish etc.)
Your Role as a Caregiver:
As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving clients' day-to-day lives. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care services such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
- Assisting with household tasks like meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping.
- Offering companionship and support for social engagement and activities.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
- Promoting client safety, well-being, and overall quality of life.
- Handling emergencies and escalating concerns in a calm and professional manner.
- Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
