- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics in the Midwest region.
- Lead Digital Campaigns: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and performance objectives.
- Manage Digital Team: Supervise and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering their professional growth and expanding their capabilities in digital strategy execution.
- Ownership of Digital Channels: Manage and optimize SEO, paid media (Google Ads, FB Ads, etc.), email marketing, and website experiences to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Actively monitor and analyze digital marketing efforts using Google Analytics and other tools to track performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Budget Management: Manage the annual digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across different channels and campaigns.
- Collaboration and Cross-functional Alignment: Work closely with other departments to integrate digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategies, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all customer touchpoints.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Remain on top of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, implementing innovative strategies to maintain competitive advantage and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of B2C digital marketing and lead generation experience, with at least 5 years in direct paid media/performance marketing roles.
- Proven track record of effectively managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns and budgets.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads certification, and proficiency with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
- Experience in team management and development, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages preferred.
- Demonstrated success in increasing organic search traffic, enhancing online visibility, and B2C lead generation.
- Knowledgeable in attribution measurement across different media channels.
- High-energy personality with strong initiative, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
