They possess the sourcing, packaging, assembly, engineering, test and logistics expertise needed to support an application throughout its entire program cycle.

Description

* Monitor help desk ticketing system and troubleshoot L1 & L2 issues
* PC deployment (imaging, communication, setup)
* Deployment of end-user equipment (Monitors, Printers, Phones, etc).
* Maintenance and troubleshooting of end-user applications
* Utilize and improve remote PC management (RMM) processes and toolsets
* Deploy and service essential software packages
* Support for on-prem Microsoft Office and Office 365
* Work as a change agent with in the company
* Provide training on new systems
* Educate users on features and functions of devices that will increase productivity
* Empower the work force by providing reliable tools
* When necessary assist in the management of vendors and consultants.
* Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations.

Profile

* At minimum 5 years working as a Technical Support Engineer (or similar position)
* At minimum 5 years working in an End-User support capacity.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience supporting executive leadership.
* Experience supporting remote workforce and satellite locations.
