We are currently seeking a Media Planner to join the Media Planning team of a prestigious Fortune 500 e-commerce client. Our client offers a collaborative and innovative work environment that values respect and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Metrics & Success Measurement: Define and track campaign metrics using internal analytics tools to measure success.
- Campaign Management: Organize and maintain campaign-specific materials; handle daily maintenance, including internal inquiries about tracking and campaign status.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with internal teams through exceptional client service.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the campaign QA process to ensure accurate implementation, pacing, and performance.
- Campaign Tactics: Apply and understand both upper funnel (brand messaging, calls to action) and lower funnel (direct response, conversion) tactics.
- Proposal Development: Formulate proposals for new client opportunities.
- Analytics Partnership: Collaborate with the Analytics team on campaign measurement reporting and insights.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot issues related to pre-production and live campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations.
- Digital Media Expertise: Experience with a wide range of digital media products and channels, including social, display, mobile, search, paid, and programmatic platforms.
- Campaign Management Skills: Expertise in keyboard-based management of paid advertising campaigns across various channels.
- Client Interaction: Proven client-facing experience with the ability to identify risks and manage issues effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Additional Experience: Prior experience with online trafficking and campaign management is preferred, along with a passion for achieving results in a fast-paced setting.
