The Manager of Partner Sales is responsible for developing and executing a global partner strategy, overseeing regional Partner Sales directors, and managing partner relationships. This role will oversee various types of partnerships from end-to-end.


The role is based in Hoboken with a hybrid work model.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Partner Program: Develop and manage the global Business Partner Program, collaborating with marketing, product, professional services, and sales teams to recruit and enable partners, and provide operational support and lead management.
  • Reseller & Implementation Partners: Align with regional and indirect sales through local resellers, execute joint marketing campaigns, and recruit solution resellers.
  • Strategic Alliances: Manage strategic alliances with key global partners and create new partnering models.


Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in partner sales, managing technology solutions globally, selling through partners and integrator alliances.
  • Experience in partner programs and Go To Market strategies.
  • Direct sales experience in financial solutions.
  • Ability to work with diverse geographies and cultures.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
