Define system requirements and work with external vendors to evaluate and select HRIS software and systems. Analyze and evaluate workforce metrics in collaboration with Finance Analysts to improve human resources capacity planning and maximize labor utilization rates. Utilize hiring, sourcing, attrition, and productivity metrics to provide actionable insights about the current and future states of the workforce. Apply models and methods to develop short and long-term forecasts. Produce reports and visualizations that provide easily understandable information required for decision-making.
