POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • An appreciation of GPG's mission of excellence in care and an ability to communicate the distinguishing characteristics that set GPG apart from its competitors.
  • Ability to perform complex tasks and prioritize work with limited supervision, as well as meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring the CEO has all key information for decision-making and is fully prepared for meetings, speaking engagements, and other events.
  • Support the CEO in identifying and managing critical issues that require attention.
  • Oversees the operations and meetings of the CEO.
  • Supervises the staff and administrative team working within the Office; oversees all scheduling, planning, and communications for the CEO.
  • Define job responsibilities, onboard and train staff, coach, and structure ongoing professional development for individuals and teams.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • A high degree of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to maintain complete confidentiality of extremely sensitive, proprietary information.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and with the ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. The ability to communicate effectively and professionally both in person and via phone/email
  • Previous experience supporting an executive in a fast-paced environment
  • Assisting CEO with consultations through phone conferencing and transcription
  • Ensure office protocol and HIPAA compliance
  • Provide ad hoc support as needed
  • Strong technology and computer skills and advanced proficiency with Google Suite


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A minimum of 5 years of EA experience supporting a top executive.
  • Mental Health/Wellness/Health Care experience preferred
  • Google Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Electronic Health Records

  • The annual compensation and bonus for this full-time position vary by experience and performance, with a range of $120,000 to $180,000.
