Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Assist department with the communication of procurement policies and procedures
- Assist with material for quarterly trustee meetings, finance meetings, and governance meetings
- Assist with compliance efforts including policy changes
Skills
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Excel, SharePoint, and other office products.
- Able to work as part of a team; dependable, punctual and pleasant.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while delivering solid action-oriented results quickly.
- Familiarity with knowledge area and the associated technologies, services, and practices.
- Able to schedule workday to see tasks through to completion in a timely manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
